How we work out which one you need
We look at where the water actually goes
Not where it should go. We walk the site, find the low points, and check what stormwater path already exists.
We put a camera down the line
A CCTV inspection is $400 and shows whether an existing line is blocked, broken or was never connected. If you go ahead with the fix, that $400 comes off the price.
We price the fix, in writing
You get a fixed quote with the solution and the reason for it, so you are not paying for a pit where the real problem was a collapsed pipe.

What we do and do not dig
- We locate underground services with the relevant authorities before digging. It is a standard step on every job, and it is priced in.
- We do not excavate deeper than 2 metres.
- We do not work on public roads or the road reserve.
- Work under a driveway or slab is possible, but the concrete has to be cut and reinstated, so it is priced after we see it.
Common questions
Almost always. Water pools because it has nowhere lower to go. Once there is a proper path to the stormwater, it stops. The trick is finding out why the current path is not working, which is what the camera is for.
For normal residential stormwater on your own property, generally no. Connecting into council infrastructure is different, and we tell you before quoting if that applies.
We dig a trench and reinstate it. The lawn takes a few weeks to knit back together. On finished surfaces like pavers we lift and relay them rather than cutting through.
