Once you accept your fixed quote, we lock in your start date, protect your payment in the holding account, and plan the whole job: materials ordered, trades scheduled, your home protected before day one.

We do the work, you watch it happen
One team carries out the entire job, start to finish, so there's no chasing separate tradies. We keep the site tidy and send you photos as we go, so you always know where things are at.

You're set for the long run
We walk you through the finished job, hand over your compliance certificates, and back it with a 7-year workmanship warranty. Watertight, dry, and built to last, with us a call away if you need us.

Payment protection
On bigger jobs, your money is protected until the work is done
For projects over $10,000, your payment does not come straight to us. It sits in an independent holding account and is released only as each stage is finished and you're happy.
Under $10,000
A small deposit, then payments by milestone.
$10,000 to $19,999
10% deposit, the remaining 90% protected in the holding account.
$20,000 and over
5% deposit, the remaining 95% protected in the holding account.
Example on a $24,500 renovation: $1,225 deposit (5%), then milestones of $7,350, $8,575 and $7,350 as each stage is completed and approved.

What do you do?

Do you do commercial work?
Yes. We handle commercial plumbing, drainage, and low-rise fit-outs and refurbishments.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. QBCC Licence 15535375, Master Builders member, $10m public liability, and workers compensation cover.
Do you design renovations, or just build them?
Both. We design and plan renovations in-house, then our own team builds them.
How do payments work?
On projects over $10,000 your payment is held in an independent holding account and released stage by stage as work is completed and you approve it.
What warranty do I get?
A 7-year workmanship warranty on our labour and installation, on top of your statutory warranties.
