Blocked drains
Cleared with an air gun or high-pressure jetting, with a camera down the line to see the cause.
General plumbing
Taps, toilets, mixers and appliance connections at a published fixed price.

These are our standard job prices, inc GST. The advisor confirms the exact number on the call before anything is booked.

Longer runs, harder ground, poor access or work under concrete are quoted up from here after we see it.
Blocked drains and inspections

Jetting already includes a camera inspection, so it is never charged on top.

Good to know before we dig
- We locate underground services with the relevant authorities before any digging starts. That is a standard, priced step on every job.
- We do not dig deeper than 2 metres, and we do not work on public roads or road reserve.
- We are licensed for plumbing and drainage but not for gas work. Anything gas goes to a licensed gas fitter.
Common questions
Usually the water has nowhere to go. Either there is no stormwater path from the low point, or an existing line is blocked or broken. A camera down the line tells us which in about an hour.
No. The $400 comes off the final price if you proceed with the fix we recommend.

Yes. Work under concrete costs more because the concrete has to be cut and reinstated, so we price that after we see it.
No. Our licence covers plumbing and drainage, not gas fitting. We handle electric hot water and refer gas work to a licensed gas fitter.
