Site walk and scope

We come out, look at the site properly, and agree the scope and the staging with whoever runs the building.

Fixed quote and programme

You get a fixed price and a programme that fits around your trading. Insurance certificates come with it.

Work staged around you

We run the job in the agreed stages, keep the area clean and safe, and report progress with photos.

Handover and paperwork

Compliance certificates and forms handed over, and the work backed by our 7-year workmanship warranty.

What we do not do

We would rather be straight with you up front than take a job we are not the right fit for.

  • No gas fitting. Our licence covers plumbing and drainage. Gas goes to a licensed gas fitter.
  • No high-rise building work. Our builder licence is Low Rise, buildings up to two storeys. Plumbing and drainage work is not height limited.
  • No excavation deeper than 2 metres, and no work on public roads or road reserve.

Common questions

Can you work outside business hours?

Yes. A lot of our commercial work is staged out of hours or over a weekend so the site keeps operating.

Can you supply insurance certificates and a safety plan?

Yes. Certificates of currency for public liability and workers compensation come with the quote, along with the safe work paperwork your site needs.

Do you handle strata and body corporate work?

Yes, on low-rise buildings. We are used to dealing with a committee or a building manager rather than a single owner.

How do payments work on a commercial job?

By milestone against the agreed programme. On larger projects the payment protection arrangement applies the same way it does for homeowners.

Do you do maintenance as well as projects?

Yes. Plenty of our commercial customers started with one blocked drain and stayed for the rest.
